1. The service
Songzie is a hobby web app that lets you save songs with chords, organize them into playlists, share playlists with collaborators, and export them to PDF. It is provided as-is, with no uptime or support guarantees.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the songs, chords, and playlists you add. By sharing a playlist with a collaborator, you grant them access to view it within Songzie. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Imported content
Songzie can import chord sheets from public pages such as Ultimate Guitar and Kithara.to. That content belongs to its original authors and sources. Use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and respect their terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to break it, scrape it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
6. Termination
You can stop using Songzie at any time. We may discontinue the service or remove accounts at our discretion.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
